Hours: 40 hours per week (mainly late or night shifts with some flexibility available)

About the Role
Our client is looking for an experienced Occupational Health Nurse Advisor to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting employee health and wellbeing across two manufacturing sites.
As an autonomous Occupational Health Nurse Advisor you will provide expert occupational health advice, deliver health surveillance programmes, and support managers and employees in maintaining a safe and healthy working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver health surveillance programmes, including audiometry and lung function testing.
- Arrange occupational health clinics and maintain accurate records using OH software.
- Assess, interpret and manage complex occupational health information.
- Provide clear, practical advice to managers, HR teams and employees.
- Conduct case management and provide fitness-for-work recommendations.
- Support the identification and prevention of work-related ill health.
- Promote health risk management and wellbeing initiatives.
- Assess the impact of work activities on employee health.
- Work independently while collaborating effectively with the wider business.

Skills & Experience
Essential:
- Current NMC registration.
- Minimum of 3 years' Occupational Health experience.
- Recent experience conducting and interpreting health surveillance.
- Experience in occupational health case management.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Degree or Diploma in Occupational Health.
